In what circumstances can I not be breath tested?

if you have been admitted to hospital unless the medical practitioner does not object
if it appears your injuries would prevent it
2 hours after driving your vehicle (applies to the breath analysis but not breath test)
at your home or usual place of abode.

What happens if I refuse the breath test or analysis
You may be charged with refusing the breath test or analysis and will be required to appear in court. A monetary penalty and disqualification may be imposed on you.
